“Dreamers” make emergency plans as Trump vows to deport millions

Since the election, campuses nationwide have been hosting legal workshops for students along with support programs, including a poetry-writing session at the University of California, Irvine, where as many as 700 lack legal status. “Sadness is a common feeling but also frustration and a sense of unfairness,” said Laura Enriquez, associate professor of Chicano/Latino Studies at the school.
