The anger over the overturning of Roe "has proved very effective in mobilizing participation in states where abortion has been on the ballot," Louis DeSipio, professor of political science at University of California, Irvine, told Newsweek. "This will undoubtedly work to the advantage of President Biden and the Democrats."
