Claudia Pérez, Resilience OC. Claudia Pérez’s family came to the U.S. from Mexico
when she was five years old. Shortly before she graduated high school, her father
was deported. … She now holds a B.S. in sociology from the University of California,
Irvine and is the Executive Director of Resilience OC, where she works to train youth
to also become leaders in social movements.
