More 'dreamers' risk arrest, deportation to help cause

Louis DeSipio, a political-science professor at the University of California, Irvine
who closely follows the immigration debate, said a shift toward civil disobedience
could get supporters more actively involved in the immigration-reform movement by
highlighting "what people perceive as a crisis." But he doubts it will have much effect
on the debate in Washington.
