Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, and even Cicero. Is the administration’s use of unmanned
drone strikes compatible with the traditional principles of just war? We asked Daniel
Brunstetter, a professor of political science at the University of California, Irvine,
who has written about drones and just war theory for The Atlantic and the journal
Ethics & International Affairs.
