The 2012 Presidential race is coming down to the wire. With polls placing the candidates in a near dead heat, UC Irvine's Louis DeSipio, Chicano/Latino studies and political science professor, says that the candidate who gets the minority vote will likely get the Oval Office. Below, DeSipio talks about the changing American electorate and what he'll be watching for on November 6.
