Ana Patino currently serves as an advisor at the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) and is the coordinator of the Research Discovery Program at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

At UROP, Ana Patino leverages her background in clinical psychology and research project management to encourage students to develop their skills through research opportunities. Drawing from her experiences as a transfer student, first-generation college student, and Latina in research, she aims to foster a more equitable and accessible research environment for all UCI undergraduate students.

Please join us for this workshop series event to consider and learn about Ana Patino’s wonderful trajectory and pathways to undergraduate student opportunities at UCI.

This workshop series event is sponsored by UCI's Department of Chicano-Latino Studies and funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
