Menkel-Meadow is completing a new book on international conflict resolution processes (in law and beyond law and legal processes) drawing on decades of work in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, TRCs and restorative justice and peace efforts.  In one of the final book chapters, she and co-author (Andrea Schneider) provide a taxonomy of different types of wicked problems in international conflict represented by different kinds of international disputes: the Parthenon Marbles (and other art looting cases); hybrid warfare (cyberwar and cybercrime); and climate change—all difficult problems but suggesting different conflict resolution issues and strategies.

A light lunch will be served.
