Jennifer C. Nash is the Jean Fox O’Barr Professor of Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies at Duke University. She is the author of two award-winning books: The Black Body in Ecstasy, Reading Race, Reading Pornography (Duke University Press, 2014) and Black Feminism Reimagined: After Intersectionality (Duke University Press, 2019). Her articles have appeared in journals including GLQ, Signs, Feminist Studies, Feminist Theory, Feminist Review, and Social Text. Her research has been supported by an ACLS/Burkhardt Fellowship, the Columbia Society of Fellows, and the WEB Du Bois Institute at Harvard University.
