Steven J. Davis, associate professor in the Department of Earth System Science at UC Irvine, will discuss data visualizations and related imagery use in the earth system sciences. His research, published in journals such as Science and Nature Sustainability, focuses broadly on the interactions of energy, agriculture, water, climate, and international trade.
