Parenting evolution: Are well-educated parents better? Study reveals college-educated parents tend to spend more time with their kids

But a recent research conducted by the University of California, Irvine revealed a quite surprising finding - college-educated parents are spending more time with their children than parents in the mid-'60s. ... In addition, University of California, Irvine Chancellor's Professor of sociology and study co-author Judith Treas explained that spending quality time with the children could have positive behavioral, cognitive and academic outcomes.
