Crowdsourcing, Big Data, and Social Media in the Behavioral Sciences: Applications, Methods and Theory
The IMBS will host a research workshop on topics related to internet-based research
and crowdsourcing in the Behavioral Sciences. Research presentations will cover current
topics and ongoing internet-based investigations, including formal theory, methods
and modeling as well as investigations that emphasize empirically-based findings.
On Day 2 of the workshop there will be a Student Poster Session from 12:00-1:00 and
later that afternoon Ulf-Dietrich Reips will give a “how-to” tutorial on internet-based
research in the behavioral sciences. Researchers and students who are interested in
the topic are encouraged to attend.
