UCI Staff Assembly presents:

"20th Annual Staff Appreciation Picnic: Surf’s Up UCI!"

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Aldrich Park

Activities include competition for the best surf-themed department display, the best dressed surfers (be creative!), gnarly dessert contest (bring your best creation for our panel of judges), and of course, some fun beach/surf games.

Join us for a feast of good old fashioned picnic food catered by the Newport Rib Company.

Non-Vegetarian Menu:
5 oz BBQed Boneless Chicken Breasts
Famous Louisiana Hot Sausages
Cornbread and Honeybutter
Garlic Mashed potatoes
Corn-on-the-cobb
Fresh Fruit wedges

Vegetarian Menu:
Pasta Primavera
BBqed chopped salad
Fresh fruit salad
Garlic Mashed potatoes
Corn-on-the-cobb
Cornbread and Honeybutter

Last year, Staff Assembly started a “green theme” so everyone is encouraged to bring their own reusable plates, utensils, and beverage containers.  Water fill-up stations and a supply of recyclable plates, utensils, etc will be available if needed.

All UCI Campus Staff will automatically be included in a paperless random drawing for the traditional Staff Picnic door prizes! Winners will be notified via email after the picnic.
